Standard Terms and Conditions

1. Legally Binding Agreement: Signed contracts are legally binding for work at the agreed price; deposits may be surrendered if the contract is broken.
2. Product Warranties: Warranties are limited to those offered by product manufacturers; concerns regarding work should be reported immediately.
3. Water Usage: Customers agree to provide access to an on-site water supply as needed; additional charges may apply if an exterior source is required.
4. Electrical Usage: Customers agree to provide an on-site electricity source as needed; additional charges may apply if an exterior source is required.
5. Color and Tone Concerns: Wood age, weather and density may create finish-color variance.
6. Courtesy: Children, pets and others must be kept away from active work areas.
7. Payments: Payments follow the contract schedule; balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Scheduling: Weather and other circumstances outside our control may affect project dates.
9. Surface Contents: Removal and replacement of furniture, grills, planters and similar items is generally the customer's responsibility.
10. Damages: Our terms include limitations for pre-existing or installation-related conditions such as loose siding, windows, mortar, caulking and other property defects.
11. Stains: Some stains cannot be removed by conventional power washing.
12. Watertight: Properties are expected to be in good repair and weathertight.
13. Window Spotting: Windows may become water spotted and window cleaning is not automatically included with other services.
14. Concrete: Cleaning can reveal pre-existing differences or imperfections in concrete appearance.
