Kinlo Clean (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides commercial and residential exterior cleaning across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This policy explains what information we collect through kinloclean.com and when you contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, call, text, or email us, we collect:
- Your name and, if you provide it, your company name
- Your email address and phone number
- The property address or project location
- The property type, the service you need, project details, and how you prefer to be contacted
- Photos of your property, if you choose to send them
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running and secure.
Cookies and tracking. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics tools, or tracking pixels on this site, and we do not follow you across other websites.
How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and prepare an estimate
- To schedule, perform, and follow up on services
- To contact you by your preferred method about your request or job
- To send invoices and handle payment
- To keep our website secure and prevent spam or abuse
- To meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations
We do not send marketing messages unless you ask to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (Vercel) and database provider (Neon). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Crew members and subcontractors who need your address and job details to perform the work.
- Authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and customer records for as long as needed to provide service and meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations, generally up to seven years after your last job. Quote requests that do not become a job are deleted within two years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, as described below.
How we protect it
Information sent through our quote form is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored with a secure database provider. Access is limited to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
To make a request, email contact@kinloclean.com or call (469) 745-9712. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for making a request. We may keep some information when the law requires it, such as records of completed and invoiced work.
Children’s privacy
Our services are intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Our site may link to other websites, such as map or review services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please review their policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be posted clearly on this page.
